«Сияй» — такое лаконичное и жизнеутверждающее название получил мини-альбом, в состав которого вошли 4 сингла: «Еще хочу», «Зеленые волны», «Сияй» и «Океан».
«Мой «Сияй» и его главный посыл можно описать четырьмя простыми строчками, которые разом родились у меня в голове в момент утверждения названия ЕР. Они навсегда запали в душу и стали для меня мантрой каждого дня:
Сияет не сплав на изысканной шее,
Не золото наших побед.
Никто не придумал сияния теплее,
Чем чистого сердца пронзающий свет…

Это и есть самый главный смысл, простая истина, о которой мы часто забываем в современном мире, облаченном в бесконечную «мишуру и фантики»», — рассказывает Юлия Zivert.
EP пронизан атмосферой конца 80-х и началом 90-х годов, наполнен простым вечным смыслом в сочетании с сочными современными битами.
Zivert стала известна широкой аудитории после выхода двух зажигательных синглов «Чак» и «Анестезия». Треки, вошедшие в EP «Сияй», кардинально отличаются от предыдущих работ певицы:
«Сияй» — по-настоящему отображает состояние моей души. Во мне становится все меньше лишней «мишуры». Новые треки раскроют меня с другой стороны, той которую до сегодняшнего дня публика не видела».
